Nail Technician w/ Nail Art exp needs refresher assistance to pass NC Board – Morehead City

I went to Nail Technician school 10 years ago in NC (and still have my paperwork and books). I never went and got my license. I have been living overseas ( Japan) and have learned some awesome designs, nail art, techniques etc. I am interested in finally getting my NC License once I get back in NC but would like to work with the best. I need refreshers to help pass, somewhere I can stay after I pass, and would be more than will to pass on my nail art techniques, or be used for these services till I am board certified. I do really good acrylics and back fills, and hand art designs. Okinawa Japan is well known for awesome nails and I've worked with some great Nail Technicians here (no license is required here).
